We have been very fortunate to have had a wonderful father that was so kind and gentle. Dad could turn grapes and sugar, with a touch of whistling, into a fine wine. He will be sadly missed and as time grows he will be remembered for all the sweet things he gave to us all. We know he is in God’s hands and now joined with Mom. We’re betting she heard him whistling all the way back to her. Good-bye, Dad, love you. Tom and Jane

To All the Knochel Families, I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Bill! I drove cars with him for a while through Schafer's during summer vacation and whatnot. Had some good laughs. Best compliment I every received "indirectly" that is: He told my father when they were ushering in church together that I was a darned good driver "for a girl" ..ha, still funny today! My thoughts and prayers are with you all! Connie Botzau
